Terms of Service for Chushim Ben Dan Website

• Our Service
  The website chushim.org(hereinafter: "the Site") is an online platform aimed at assisting the non-profit organization (NPO) ‘Chushim Ben Dan’ in operating a range of activities related to developing and strengthening Jewish identity among deaf and hard of hearing individuals, including: heritage tours and lessons, Sabbaths and holidays in Israeli Sign Language, translation of the Bible into Israeli Sign Language, activities for deaf and hard of hearing youth (including summer camp), activities for Russian Sign Language speakers.
  For the first time, deaf and hard of hearing people can directly and accessibly integrate into various activities related to the Jewish calendar, Jewish ceremonies, and more.
  The NPO’s CEO, Rabbi Yehoshua Soudakoff, is one of only four deaf rabbis fluent in sign language in the world and serves as a personal example of Jewish Deaf leadership.
  All our activities are conducted in Sign Language, and additionally, accessibility for hearing people is ensured through Sign Language interpreters.
  The purpose of the site is to help the NPO ‘Chushim Ben Dan’ continue to maintain it’s extensive and blessed activity and to assist in the continuation of our charitable work by extending a helping hand. Without limiting the amount, whether one gives more or less. Any amount donated through this site is another boost to our activities. Our donation site allows you to donate to all ‘Chushim Ben Dan’ activities.

• General

1. The site is owned by Chushim Ben Dan Association – Chabad for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community (R.A.) 580663458 and operated by it (hereinafter: "the NPO").
2. The provisions of this regulation will apply to all use by users on the site, and they may change from time to time, at the sole discretion of the NPO.
3. The NPO reserves the right to change or add to these terms of use at any time and without commitment to prior notice. Any addition or change to the site will bind the user with continued use of it.
4. Any use of the site constitutes confirmation that the user has read the provisions of this regulation and agrees to its provisions, and agrees to act accordingly.
5. The NPO is solely responsible for the content published on the site.
6. The use of masculine language on the site is for convenience only and refers to both genders.

• Donations
  You can donate to the NPO through the site in a secure manner.
  When making a donation, the donor will be required to provide personal details such as name, phone number, and email address.
  Donations are made via credit card or other payment methods displayed on the site.
• Responsibility
  ‘Chushim Ben Dan’ guarantees that your money will be used only to support the NPO’s objectives.
• Cancellation and Changes Policy
  Requests for changing or canceling a donation should be sent to the email address appearing on the site. Each request in this matter will be examined individually.
  If the donation is made through a standing order, the donor can give instructions to stop the payments.
• Transaction Confirmation
  After making the donation, the donor will receive a receipt for the first charge made. The receipt will be sent to the email address provided by the donor when filling in the personal details.

The NPO does not commit to sending receipts for future charges.
